SERVICE I looked at three companies before I started writing my stories I wanted to efficiently use my time to achieve the best possible outcome As questions around during this quest StoryKeeper consistently responded to my quieres As I m well into the writing process now I find the program easy to use organize and personalize This company is very responsive to its customers and I sincerely look forward to finishing my project and getting it printed

A lifetime of memories

Having recently received a gift of a StoryKeeper book we have already written small sections of our life story So many of us regret not asking questions about our family history so this is the perfect way to share with children and grandchildren our memories On one occasion we needed to speak to someone regarding a query - it was easy to reach customer services and our questions were answered quickly and efficiently We find we are enjoying reminiscing and amazingly the small details are still there in our minds

My family and I gifted this to our mum for Christmas and it s been a truly rewarding experience for her She s loved reminiscing on her life in particular her childhood We can t wait to read her final story and always have it to treasure

I received the Storykeeper gift from my daughterI wasn t sure about it however I have now started to write my story and I now think that this is a fantastic idea It will be something that they can keep and pass down the family I have recommended it to my friends as I am really enjoying the experience

I wanted to create Grandad s Book of family history and photographs for my grandchildren and StoryKeeper provided the ideal vehicle Customer service is outstanding quick to respond and always helpful

Thought proving with leading questions

At first the questions were coming so fast but once it slowed down once a week seems to work Now there may be a save as you go setting that I have not found but I have lost one or two questions because I missed clicking the save button Very discouraging when you are a slow typer like me What I really like about StoryKeeper is that the weekly questions keep me moving forward when I get lazy and I can add additional stories The questions are thought provoking and bring up additional memories that I sometimes feel need recording In the past I wanted to record some of my life experiences and could never get motivated to do so StoryKeeper makes it easy

As this was a Christmas gift it s early days but I m so impressed with Storykeeper The thought-provoking questions that pop up in my emails and those on the web site are really useful to bring to mind those little and large memories lurking in the depths of my memory I ve also started writing my life story which as I m not in my first flush of youth will take some time
