DO NOT BUY FROM STROID.CO.UK – SCAM ALERT!
I ordered a Stanley cup from stroid.co.uk, and it never arrived. After weeks of waiting, I tried contacting their support, but they never responded to emails or phone calls. Their mailbox is full, and I highly suspect this is a fraudulent website. Stroid.co.uk claims to be a UK-based company, but they are actually dropshipping fake Stanley cups from China. The product images, good reviews, and return/refund policies on their website are completely misleading. Stanley cups are made in the USA, not China, yet the item I eventually received after weeks of delay was a cheap counterfeit. I even checked Companies House, and it seems this company has been struck off the register. No tracking number, no proper updates, and no way to get a refund. stroid.co.uk reviews are mostly fake—don’t be fooled! If you’re wondering is stroid.co.uk legit? The answer is a big NO! I have already reported them to the police and contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Stay away from this scam!

Order from this company at your peril
Ordered a water bottle at the beginning of December in time for Christmas Received an email the following day to say the order had been processed and delivery would be within 2 weeks Nothing has arrived Have emailed called and used the live chat but no response to any Does not appear that there is an actual person monitoring How are you meant to chase the status of an order if no-one speaks to you I am doubtful that any item will ever arrive so will have a very disappointed daughter next week Wish I had read the reviews first Avoid at all costs

If only I had come here to read the reviews before making a purchase on Stroid I knew something wasn t right when I didn t receive an email notification for my order I d like to have more faith in this but I don t predict I will ever see my purchased item Tried to contact Customer Service several times today and just goes dead

I purchased a water bottle over a month ago and haven t received the item No tracking information was included and after emailing twice I have had no reply Whenever I have called I have also had no reply After leaving a 1 review on the website it hasn t been shown on the product page which is still stating 0 reviews I suspect it s a scam website as oppose to one order going wrong due to these reasons Please don t buy from here and loose your money like I have

Scam company - take recurring payments without your knowledge
Scam company - check your bank as they set up recurring payments from your account I bought an air up bottle that never arrived I contacted my bank to report the scam and they said the company is a scam company and without my consent had set up recurring payments to be taken from my account If you have purchased from them please check with your bank that they re not taking money from your account

I placed my order nearly three weeks ago and I m unsure why it s so difficult to get an update on when my package will arrive Initially communication seemed smooth but after receiving an email confirming that my order had been processed I haven t heard anything further There has been no tracking number provided and I haven t received any updates since then I am still hopeful that my order will arrive but I m starting to doubt whether I will ever receive it

I ordered a Stanley cup for my Daughter for Christmas unfortunately it didn t arrive on time I contacted them numerous times with no reply so thought I had been scammed tbh If you do order from this company be prepared to wait for delivery bad customer service
