Not sure if they are still in business It s been a week and my product still hasn t shipped

Shipping is horrible

Bought from here a bunch of times I made an order 8 days ago Money was taken out and still no shipping update or anything Not sure if new owners but the shipping is horrible now Might be a scam or shut down

Order 12 31 20 call customer services number and guy answer the phone order 100841 and guy says shipped out on 01 11 21 on that friday and should be there by Wednesday well it s been almost two weeks haven t heard nothing since shipping stinks very bad today is 01 19 21 still NOTHING

Outdated Product and Poor Customer Service Experience

I recently ordered a bottle of Stiffdays pills hoping for an effective solution for my needs However upon receiving the package I was disappointed to find that the bottle was outdated To make matters worse when I called the number on the bottle to address the issue I was met with rude and unhelpful customer service I spoke with a person named Sam who not only refused to replace the outdated bottle but also dismissed my concerns by claiming that the pills were still good for another six months past the expiration date To my surprise he even resorted to using offensive language during our conversation I later discovered that Sam was working from his home which raises doubts about the legitimacy of this company s operations Given the subpar product quality and the unprofessional behavior exhibited by their representative I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank I eventually obtained a refund In my experience Royal Honey proved to be a more affordable and effective alternative I do not recommend Stiffdays pills due to their outdated product unhelpful customer service and overall unpleasant experience buy royal honey

Company is a scam and creates a shipping label but never ships any product Even the USPS agrees that they are a scam PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE OR FROM OR FROM SIMPLY DELICIOUS VITAMINS SOMEONE NEEDS TO MAKE IT RIGHT

Very Disappointed

I have been using this product for over 5 years and the product has been Great I placed an order on 10 20 20 for 100 pills order 100431 my credit card was charged on 10 21 20 for 297 15 I have yet to receive any shipping notification let alone the product I have sent several emails and left several messages but cannot get a response It looks like I will have to file a claim with my c c co Finally received my order still not sure what the delay was but the product is better than ever

Great product poor service

I ve used this Product before and it s a great product but the shipping is horrible you call and they give you a run around and someone got a hold of my credit card number and try to pay their cell phone bill at AT T IN GA So please do not use a credit card Use a card that you can load money on ordered my product three weeks ago and still have not got it yet I hate this is like this and this product is great but customer service is terrible I m requesting a refund or the product please SMH order 100834
