I cannot say enough good things about this brand I Am Obsessed I take the fat burner non-stim fat burner the greens collagen night cap and the pre workout daily I wake up craving the fat burners It s how I start my day It has helped me eat smaller meals and helped me with my energy levels through out the day Completely replaced my coffee Those greens help me stay regular if you know what I m sayin They taste like a sweet green tea especially when you mix it with the unflavored collagen They help me reach my micronutrient goals and I actually enjoy drinking them The collagen has provided me with unwanted hair growth to lengths I ve never had lol But best of all it s helped my skin bounce back after my two boys My skin is tight and I feel like more elastic than ever The night cap I have not slept a full night through since I ve had my 5 year old son The first day I took this I slept so deeply and was actually rested once I woke up I do not skip this one And finally the infamous pre workout which helps me get my butt to the gym I feel so strong when I take this and I have the cleanest energy y favorite flavor is the strawberry coconut To die for I could write a book about how these products have changed my daily life I truly love SSF and appreciate this brand more than I could explain LIFE CHANGING

I must say I am confused why the review are so unique I myself was skeptical in the beginning I was 49 when I went into full menopause and due to smoking cigarettes at that time i have quit I was not able to get hormones from my doctor to ease the awful roller coaster ride I was on I was in desperate need of some type of help A friend of mine was taking the fat burner s and said they were great and they had a Goddess Formula that might help I purchased both the fat burner due to menopause tummy and the goddess to ease the horrible cycle I was in It did take about a month for me to see the relief and let me tell you MY CHILDREN AND CO WORKERS WERE SO THANKFUL I do believe that our bodies react to things differently than others and I did my research prior to even purchasing on the ingredients I personally am blessed and thankful I do realize that most of these things are not clinically trialed and I am smart enough to realize that anything you buy online is a risk For anyone who randomly buys something it is a crap shoot I get that BUT FOR ME THIS PAID OFF I am now 53 and I feel great BUT I ALSO EXCERCISE EAT RIGHT and I do not have any issues with Gluten any allergies Thank you Strong and Sexy Fit for giving me the tools to help myself Bottom line it starts with YOURSELF Do the research for yourself on anything you are going to put in your body
