Poor quality item was faulty

I ordered an Asmo jacket which came completely Faulty and had a very poor quality overall After the support told me they would send me a return label they send me another email that said they don t provide return labels which in the end cost me 20 shipping for nothing Very very disappointed If your not 100 sure if you want the item your about to buy don t because it prolly won t be easy to send back and you have to pay shipping by yourself

UN-F ING-BELIEVABLE First I pay 190euro about 40euro shipping It arrives way later than I was told where I sent a separate email asking where the f king jacket is They sent the jacket way later than I was told It is slightly too big and I email consistently asking if its okay to get a refund and swap it over They tell me to send the jacket back at MY COST and then they tell me AFTER I send the jacket that the smaller size is not in stock They tell me I will get a full refund I PAY THE F KING SHIPPING BACK TO BELGIUM AND NOW THEY WONT ISSUE THE REFUND AND I DON T HAVE A JACKET AND IVE LOST 120EURO SHIPPING BOTH WAYS Avoid these scammers

The quality is worse than Shein

Hi I wanted to test this jacket a bit before leaving my feedback I love the design but it has such a poor quality i would never buy again The design is very cool and eye catching but its made with very poor quality fabrics the inside filling its coming out and after a winter most probably the metal buckles will get rusty I will also make a video for social media raising awareness about the brand poorly made products since the cost of the jacket is way too much for the quality Worse than Shein
