"Scam "

Our parcel was lost when the delivery driver left it inside the bin Despite reaching out to Stylevana the resolution process has been frustrating involving weeks of email exchanges and an NDA form Unfortunately after submitting the form they have ceased communication for over a month This experience has been one of the worst i have came across Please save your hard earned money from these people Edit The support email doesn t respond either

COSTUMER SERVICE NEEDS WORK I ve always trusted Stylevana but now I m changing my mind because I placed an order with products that all said they were in stock and my package is still processing and it says there s an error when I try to check the status of the products My order number is BWSVCAA150399590 and Costumer support won t answer my emails which is quite frustrating If this is not resolved I will definitely be ordering elsewhere in the future

"Terrible shipping process"

Should ve listened to the rest of the reviews I ordered my package on the 12th and received a tracking number a few days ago but usps says the package is not in their system I ordered this two weeks before christmas which is imagine would be enough time to receive but I guess they suck ay shipping things evident by their 2 4 star review hope I even get my package since i ve seen people not receive them after months

Order passed more than 2 months ago and products still not received The order seems to be lost by FedEx I have written an email to STYLEVANA support department with ALL details regarding my order and I have asked for a refund HOWEVER STYLEVANA refuse to reimburse me I will never order again and strongly recommend everyone the same STYLEVANA please stop asking me to send you an email - I already did with no answer a all

"Order Issues Lack of Support"

I ordered from Stylevana on Dec 2nd my items arrived Dec 13th Good shipping time However the wrong item was delivered I have tried contacting support One reply asked for pictures on the 13th And since then no communication has been sent I have reached out multiple times since the 13th This is unfortunate I had hoped to continue to buy from this website Would advise against shopping here due to lack of their support Edit if you actually read my review you would know I have contacted support already And they have not responded Thanks for copying and pasting the same exact message to everyone else Its not helping

"They don t refund if you cancel an order"

Order BWSVEUA170138157I placed an order this summer and canceled it the same day After that I sent them email explaining why I canceled it and they responded that saying that they will refund me in a few days Weeks passed by they didn t refund I texted them on email numerous times they didn t respond till I placed bad review on this site And even after I placed review here few months ago and they finally reached out to me and sent me an email saying that they will refund in 3-10 busy days they still didn t do that Not my first review here about that and each time everything the same At that point I don t even think they will ever really refund

"TRASH"

Nov 24 ordered xmas gifts No update was given on the delay I reached out and they were supposedly waiting for one product in the order Why didn t they inform me I cancelled that product so the rest could be shipped in time for xmas No response to a tracking number or when the order would arrive Reached out for a seventh time and they still don t have a tracking number Now I have to waste more of my time buying these products at a local shop which I should have done in the beginning They get paid to waste your time Why in 2023 would you have a rudimentary customer service and shipping process SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

"No delivery"

I placed an order on November 13th and still haven t received the delivery They said one item was out of stock and shipped it in early December In the meantime I moved and asked several times to update my address through chat but they gave me the original address and I received the item I lost it and the delivery cannot be tracked as of December 12th I requested a refund but there was still no response and I received an email telling me to wait A month and a half has passed I chatted with 6 people but I passed it on to someone else and am not responsible Every time I contact them it s a different person They say they are not responsible This company is trash This is throwing money away The goods are also sent from Hong Kong They are scammers who disguise themselves as Korean companies and sell Korean products while sending them from China

"Wish I could give 0 stars or less "

Wish I could give 0 stars or less The worst company around I placed a big order after checking all the items were in stock waited a month and emailed their customer support 3 times to only receive an automated reply with no explanation Only after I ve opened a dispute on PayPal did they send me a tracking number which again showed that the parcel had not been received by the courier for several weeks At which point I was so over it I proceeded with PayPal dispute and got my money back After out of curiosity I checked tracking again and there was no change - anyone can create a fake tracking number Worst company ever Haha below is yet another standard generic reply as always
