ordered from here many times and have had good experiences only one time it took more than a month for my order to arrive because 1 item was not in stock and they were unwilling to split the send I kept messaging them asking about my order and they kept stalling and giving me a date for that 1 item to reach their warehouse which never happened got a refund and the rest of my products arrived customer service and website could be improved

"Ordering from Stylevana"

This is the second time a order from Stylevana the first time I used my bank account and was terrified after reading all the comments this time I used PayPal in case something happened I ordered on the 21 of November I made sure I only got the items where it ships after 24 hours on the 24th I received an email with my tracking number I was supposed to receive my package on rue 2nd of December but wasn t home and today my package finally arrived Note I chose the express delivery but it took exactly as standard delivery that is why I only put 4 stars

First time order using them delivery was quick to Aus around 7 working days as expected The items are well packed bubble wrapped together and inside a cardboard box All items are correct and even added a free 1ml sample into the order Pricing for items are reasonable I really like their website format you can sort it and view more items on one page The tracking of the parcel wasn t as updated as it can be but it may be due to the logistics company instead

"Great product range website could improve "

Stylevana has lot of products to choose from and prices are very good The shipping takes a while but I think it s worth it My order was processing for a week before being dispatched The website could be improved The most annoying thing about the website was that I could not scroll down on my basket to remove products and had to delete everything about 3 times and add it all back on to edit what I wanted to buy It s the same on the phone and computer But overall it s the only website that i use for Korean Japanese skincare and my friends are also happy with their purchases and experiences
