Good afternoonJust to follow up with the claim about my lost parcel I was told by UPS that you guys will have more information about my parcel I haven t heard from you guys for 2 days and I m quite concerned on how this will be addressed I haven t had a bad experience with you guys until now and I ve been quite pleased with the service provided thus far Hence why I really want to know if I will get the products that I ordered back again since I was planning to gift those as Christmas presents Please advise at your earliest convenience

"Shipping takes 4 weeks"
Shipping takes 4 weeks way too long I guess its my problem as I didn t know its shipping from Hong Kong But I saw it took 2 weeks just to pack and wait for courier pick up actual shipping time is only 2 weeks from Hong Kong to Canada

"I dislike the checkout form"
I dislike the checkout form It doesn t auto-save so I have to start the form over again anytime I need to change something very minor I had to go and verify with my bank 3x over which is a hassle just doing it once bc my payment info doesn t auto save and it was pretty frustrating Other than that I love everything about Stylevana

"Checkout process problems"
This is the second time I ve purchased from Stylevana The first my credit card company called me and said I had been charged 5 times for the same amount This second time I could not change the shipping name I would change it go to paypal and when I was routed back to the checkout page the name reverted back to a name I didn t want I tried twice but then was worried about getting charged multiple times again So I made the purchase with the wrong name I love the variety and prices of products the reason I keep coming back but the checkout process is definitely a down side Shipping times are long too but I understand the package is traveling internationally I overlook this because of the great prices

"Good prices bad shopping experience"
Prices are unbeatable Shipping doesn t take too long as long as all the items in your order are in stock However shopping experience is not the greatest as sometimes after adding an item to cart the price in the cart is different than it shows on the item listing There is also multiple listings for the same item at slightly different prices which makes finding the best price difficult

Good prices but misleading discount codes all over the place Coupon says get EXTAR discount but does not apply Pop up with additional off does not work Pop ups when navigating pages annoying I really like this site just don t like being mislead and pop up internal ads are frustrating

The products are good with great prices Shipping is done in a decent time frame but the overall shopping experience and the site are absolutely atrocious Difficult to navigate impossible to find what you are looking for error after error you have to fill in your details several times and takes forever to actually place an order I almost gave up tonight after I put in my details 4 times to make an order Very disappointing and such a shame because the products are really good
