they allow 18 SFM underage animations on their site I was pretty sickened when i found out couldn t believe my eyes when i saw the little girl from team fortress 2 olivia waving her legs on the front page in a swim suit you d never see her wear in the game i honestly thought it was just a joke rumor floating around until curiosity got the better of me 4ere4nik is an animator who makes adult animations that involve little underage girls and they have a subscribestar account the user claims all little girls are 18 but a plain as day bold faced lie the little sisters from bioshock and Olivia Mann from Team fortress 2 are certainly NOT 18 or over i sent a bunch of emails about this to their support subscribestar com inbox telling them of this person and didn t get a single replay once and their account stayed open i sent emails to them on the following dates28th july 20217th june 20214th june 202127th may 20214 different emails with no replyi can only conclude due to lack of action that subscribestar supports such sickening content involving underage little girls from various video games modified for use in such sick ways I m not willing to support anyone that uses such a site let alone even browse it This is all 100 true i wouldn t urge you to look but even googling subscribestar 4ere4nik shows you the kind of sick loli sites this user is on and subscribestar seems perfectly fine funding it

Worst Support i ve ever seen

Their support team support subscribestar adult is a mess They never answer any of your questions even tho they say Let us know if you have any questions They simply ignore you or mark your email as spam and never ever write back The worst support i ve ever seen in my entire life And i am a user with over 100 subs and around 700 month They don t care about your issues They never fix any problems They don t help They don t answer questions

Don t even bother trying

Wanted to use it as a subscription service instead of Patreon I use Patreon and make just under 200 month there but I have to manage all rewards and such through a private discord since the content I draw is no longer allowed there this is a major f ing hassle so I wanted to switch to SubscribeStar adult because they are a lot less content-restrictive That s where the problem comes in though my account has been Pending Review or whatever for WELL OVER A YEAR I tried their expedite bull I ve tried sending follow up emails I ve tried to message their twitter account which closed their dms by the way probably so they could keep ignoring people easier and NOTHING not a single response at all They do not care about creators at all And I m posting this review to let them know they re actively missing out on money they could be making since they want to just ignore their applicants I ve made over 2000 on Patreon while waiting for SubscribeStar to bother even glancing at my emails At least change your stupid useless FAQ to say we ll get to it when we get to it instead of boasting about reviews happening in between 24 and 72 hours- At this point even if they decide to someday approve me I don t know if I even want to use it anymore Abysmal support

Is this a scam I paid my subscription to the person I want to listen to I ve sent support at subscribestar correspondence showing screen shots of the payment and yet they won t respond won t rectify the error and the only way to proceed seems to be to pay more money again for the same person I want to follow I advise caution

Never have I ever seen such a horrible support

Horrible experience Already waiting over 2 months for my page to be reviewed And I ve never experienced a more horrible support than on this site 0 responses and over 10 emails sent and multiple Twitter DM s

Utterly shocking service- takes money without permission

Had months of problems with a subscription Even when I deleted my account the company took my money They then refused to refund more than the last payment Fraud by any other name If you are a creator know your partner will take money from your subscribers without their permission

Terrible This company is highly unprofessional Avoid this platform and use another one instead There is not an active support team Questions about memberships and payments will not be answered and there is nothing you can do about it
