Beware of fraud
I received a text message from a Canadian phone number claiming to be from the US customs service saying that they needed a correct ZIP Code for my delivery My shipping address is in Italy which does not have ZIP Codes the text provided a link that appeared to be from the US Postal Service and the link came up with a fraud warning the actual link was not to the US Postal Service on the officialUS Postal Service tracking site there is no record found of the shipping number provided Emails to customer service were canned responses that did not address my pointed questions regarding the text and the shipping number were replied automatically with a very cheery tone we understand you re frustrated You have not received your order yet Please be patient Three email messages were responded by similar messages completely ignoring anything I had written
