We went on our honeymoon to corfu absolutely shocking is an understatement my wife was so upset over this trip We went all inclusive and ended up having to eat out for our stay as the food in the hotel was freezing cold everyday we upgraded to a junior suite which cost a couple of hundred and did not receive it as it was not ready our balcony was flooded for the week we had no water in the hotel on the 2nd day and on tje 3rd no electricity WiFi was no good to even call home parts of the hotel were filty dirty only half was ready to use TV only had foreign channels The whole area is run down and nothing to do and did not feel safe out and about we contemplated coming home on the Tuesday so so disappointed with this honeymoon it ruined it and ended up costing us a fortune

We were traveling with a child with a disability the flight attendants were rude Our rep in the hotel golden day wings had us book excursions that were unsuitable knowing the physical restrictions of someone in our group Waste of money and 2 days of our holiday

Awful experience I decided to call the customer service about a package holiday I found on Sunway ie in order to apply a 5 discount as advertised by their business partner Axa insurance They confirmed the discount then Kelly asked me to log out of the system it was the last room available which i did and waited to get a call back to pay for the holiday To my shock they increased the price by 800 euro and when i pointed out the original price she started stuttering a web of lies I asked to speak to a supervisor but they never called Appalling customer service and extremely greedy company Avoid at all costs

I will never ever go with subway again This holiday cost me a fortune and did not get support from Subway I arrived at Miami airport with no taxi to meet me this was supposed to be pre booked paid and organised I made three phone calls only to get an office saying it was closed calls cost me 100 euros The pre and post hotels I was recommended were shocking

Booked a double room Room was two single uncomfortable beds with uncomfortable pillows Pillows aren t expensive make sure your hotel has semi decent ones Beds are atrocious as well Booked a room with a double bed but this was two single beds pushed together Was advertised as a good place for couples or families with kids- large groups of annoying teenagers all over the hotel Had to go to a specific elevator just to get to the room Sunbeds are old and tattered and the staff aren t arsed putting out the few decent parasols they have left Again parasols aren t expensive- have a few decent ones Breakfast was ok but the best thing about it was hash browns which they didn t even serve the second day replaced them with floppy rotten tasting potato chips or whatever you d call them Wouldn t recommend the place to anyone

I booked a holiday by telephone with Sunway so I wouldn t have to trawl the website myself Having named a few must haves with the agent when we arrived one of these items existed but didn t work the Air Conditioning I had to phone Dublin from Portugal no less than 4 times over the course of a six day stay I was informed only on our last day that Sunway no longer do package holidays which I was under the impression that I had booked I have booked through Sunway several times before without issue but won t be using them again What an awful experience

Disapproved service this year Communication very bad re checking in online Didn t send out tickets travel documents as per usual had to be reminded Numerous phonecalls made to company with minimum of 20 min wait time then was disconnected 3 times The only ext that was answered promptly was accounts to be fair they were helpful A Hugh decline in overall standard of service

The Queen Marin Hotel Kusadasi was not as advertised on the Sunway website and did not have the facilities which were highlighted Indoor Pool Restuaurent Only Breakfast Snack Bar Bar Entertainment Spa Wellness Centre Fitness Centre Table Tennis Darts While the Sun Terrace Pool was open there was no service available and the area was not being cleaned

We just returned from Sagga Hotel in Yllas We went to Lapaland especially for reindeers huskies snowmobiling and Santa We had a shock when went to activities and have been informed by the guide is just a taster ride for everything Sunway never informed us before booking that we will be brought for less then 2 minutes ride with huskies and reindeers and snowmobiling was less then 5 minutes and we paid a fortune On their liflet is very nice presented to make you to book but when you get there is different Very disappointing my son was devastated why wasn t allowed to go close to huskies to get a picture not talking about to pet them The food at the hotel was a disgrace every single day lunch and dinner for kids was only chicken nuggets and chips I m not exaggerating my son 8 years old have had x3 days chips and ketchup same breakfast every single morning not even alternating scrambled egg with fried egg Elf s were excellent can t complain they entertained the kids a lot Conclusion be careful what you book and with who you book if you don t want to pay a fortune for very poor services and destroy your holiday which is short anyway and you don t have time to book the above activities separately By the way after those tasters some private representatives were at the hotel waiting for us to book this activities privately Everything at the hotel extremely expensive 0 4 beer 9 80 Really felt rubbed by Sunway so made a complain awaiting resolution in 28 days

Terrible company Didn t deal with my complaint and they dismissed it completely Just because 2 people from a group tour complained They wanted everybody to complain Would nt travel with them again
