While trying to book the holiday online I lost online connection and phoned Sunway The travel agent Norma who answered was extremely helpful and completed the booking on the phone She was extremely helpful pleasant and efficient

Website is very easy to use very informative Also anytime I ring the office the staff are exceptionally good and so helpful when trying to decide on accommodation etc I always recommend Sunway to friends and family

From my first holiday to Thailand 12 years ago until now I ve always used Sunways They have exceptional people working for them very knowledgeable and helpful I will never go anywhere else for my holidays

The travel agent was very helpful explaining all parts of the cruise and how it works Any additional questions I had were answered and nothing was any trouble

I just booked my summer holiday with Michelle She was so helpful and accommodating Made the process so easy and quick She gave great recommendations and followed up quickly I will definately be booking further trips through sunway I had looked at other agents and I found they didnt know what I was looking for and prices were so expensive Sunway the only way going forward
