I booked online and everything was uncomplicated After the booking went through I received an advisory that I needed to book a d pay Ryanair for our flights I phoned your office and Daisy explained the situation in a very helpful and friendly manner

Made Srilanka very easy and everything went like a dream Driver Heddie was fantastic with a super knowledge of the animals birds and fauna Hotels were lovely and the staff so accommodating

I called to your stand at Holiday world show and explained that I d been too late to get a solo place on the Lake District Tour and ye suggested the Bonnie Scotland tour as it also goes to the Lake District I hadn t noticed that No pressure to book Yesterday I just rang I got straight through to a lovely lady who booked my holiday without any fuss It was very easy Emails followed and I am happy

Travelling with Sunway tours

It was very easy to book the trip to Bulgaria and Macedonia for Sepember this year We had a great trip to Andalucia with Sunway in May of last year We did what it said in the itinerary I wouldn t hesitate to travel with them again

Making a Reservation

I called to make a reservation for a holiday that with limited availability which was filling up Although my initial request for a solo room was acknowledged they were all gone Kellie who assisted me went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met by reaching out to the appropriate contact and securing a solo room for me I was quite anxious while awaiting the confirmation concerned about potentially missing out on the holiday altogether However I am pleased to say that Kellie arranged everything seamlessly Excellent service

I rang Sunway to inquire about booking a holiday I was speaking to Norma I have to say she was so helpful and efficient She was excellent Nothing was too much hassle She chatted away and was very friendly I couldn t recommend them highly enough

Efficient booking experience

Ross of Sunway was the first person we spoke to at the Holiday World Show and before we left the stand we d booked a holiday for 6 people with him He was both professional and patient while we decided what we wanted for a special family occasion His suggestions and advice gave us the confidence to make the booking

Website is so easy to use

Website is so easy to use I always book through Sunway and everything has always been brilliant Never had any problems and they are very efficient at replying to emails You can book flights accommodation transfer and baggage altogether which makes traveling so much easier
