Never again

I used to love Supermacs food but now days it has gone drastically down hill in quality and drastically up hill in price Chips are generally stale the chicken so dry tasteless Across multiple locations Such a shame for a home grown Irish business that had such high standards only a couple of years ago but I certainly wont be spending anymore hard earned with Supermacs

Very disappointed visit again

Second time today to visit First time food was very bad quality for supermacs good name Because my visit was 3pm ish I gave them the benefits of end of day food prices were high quality very low Today I revisited supermacs and spent 24 e at midday expected fresh food quality really disappointed again Drumsticks burnt and totally unbeatable

Terrible drop in quality and service

Usually I like Supermac s and have high expectations from them but I went through the drivethru and firstly they tried to give us a completely wrong order then when they finally got back with the right one it was missing a dip missing the fries from the meal and the worst part one of the chicken tenders had some sort of foil or glitter possibly makeup nail polish on it Disgusting and I ve been sick the day after from what I ate before noticing They also didn t include any napkins and the drink was leaky Overall just terrible service this time around Don t think I ll be back

We ordered Tipperary Town Supermacs

We ordered Tipperary Town Supermacs tonight and we re very dissapointed One burger was plane after we asked everything on it and their chiken wraps wouldn t fill a 1 year old one strip of lettuse one chiken goujon and barely any sauce For money payed it was dissapointing Also they take ages to answer their phone or we just give up and order online for another 50c

Ballysimon Rd Limerick branch poor manager

Ordered for delivery missing an item complained to manager couldn t cope and she hung up Seriously unprofessional and incompetent come on supremacs you can do better Gave her colleagues name Emma but not her own Very very poor

Overpriced

Food is only average but the prices are ridiculous I ordered a large 5 chicken select meal for 13 and they tried to charge me another 1 30 for garlic mayo Surely a dip would come with a chicken tender meal One of the most expensive fast food places in Ireland

Absolutely gone to the dogs

Absolutely gone to the dogs was in a Mayo Supermac s 3 weeks ago and was served the worst pile of garbage i have ever been served it was fish and chips and seemed to the manager and staff to be some type of joke everything was piled into a box despite me telling them we were eating in the shop i would at least have expected a knife but all we got was a box with chips and fish no condements whatsoever asked for vinegar none asked for knife none asked if the meal could be served on a plate even a paper plate none this brand is sinking fast That goes for management and staff too Got reply from John Mc today and said this matter is closed as his staff done nothing wrong so its the same in all Supermac s ignorant managers and inept staff ENOUGH SAID now i know where their training came from TRAGIC Going down hill fast Johnny boy

Terrible Food

Checken Breasts used to be the same as what served in there Chicken burgers now these have gone the KFC route cheap disgusting dried Garbage Malihide Supermacs As well have they not got a Person from our country who can actually understand us The Cheapskates have people who can t understand us at Drive thru complete Joke Looking elsewhere for better Takeaway As this has gone down hill bigtime Go elsewhere for Decent food as this is Brutal

GONE TO THE DOGS WAS MY FAV FOR YEARS BUT NOW JUST SERVE CHEAP SLOP AND HIRE EVERY TOM DICK AND HARRY WHO ARE DESPERATE ENOUGH TO THEMSEKLVES AT THEIR DOOR MANAGERS ARE JUST FAILED ASSISTANTS FROM REAL FASTFOOD OUTLETS WHO WOULD NOT BE TAKEN IN ANYWHERE ELSE GIVE THIS SLOP HOUSE A MISS FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY
