Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company Horrendous customer service They can t speak or understand English and when they do they refuse to resolve the issue They will tell you that you can t escalate the complaint and that will be end of story Honestly they should be slapped with massive fines

Google should be ashamed

Google business support is non existent They removed a one star review from my business profile that had been written by a competitor as asked and confirmed it violated google policy A year later they reinstated it and when I questioned it they said they couldn t remove it as it didn t violate google policy Couldn t make it up They don t read emails sent generic replies when they feel like responding or don t bother answering at all Considering the size of the company they should be ashamed of their terrible business support

I ve spent 30 minutes in chat trying to update the email address I use for Google Play Books only to go through a lengthy process After 20 minutes I was informed that a specialist would now assess my eligibility for the transfer something that should have been done right from the start To add to the frustration I was then told it would take 24-48 hours to get a response Unprofessional disappointing and utterly unhelpful
