Added over 100 to my account Now I am not able to trade anything I just keep getting update inventories message and even though I have done so nothing happens Now my money is just stuck The 24 7 customer support is horrible and not answering Would not recommend this site

Don t use this scammy website I was referred from someone I thought I was trading with to this website Upon adding my skins I kept receiving trade offers that I needed to add more skins in order for my skins to appear After adding funds that add up to 1000 USD I was told I need to contact the manager and after conversing with what seemed to be like a 15 year old nothing happened and I just lost my skins

Incredibly rude staff CAMIEL I didnt receive all of my items from a trade so upon asking in the discord I was told to place a ticket on the website by an admin I then place a ticket on the website in the support section literally the entire section is based around supporting customers that are confused lost Camiel then calls me stupid for coming to the support section and keeps asking me why I opened a ticket for something like this I am new to the site and I lost my item the first thing I did was go on discord and ask for help then I got told to make a ticket then Camiel slanders and offends me for making a ticket I am never using this site again purely because of CAMIEL HORRIBLE RUDE SUPPORT STAFF I bet nobody likes Camiel

Got scammed out of 500-600dollars pls never give your items to this site it is a scam in discord a guy made me use this to check market percentage which I don t think is even a real thing and I just lost everything would link the steam account but it sadly isn t allowed846042047617433601 this is the discord ID of the account he used to talk to me the account changes names and profile pictures very often

I make a deposit for 300 after which i was asked to proceed a verification of my identity I send them photos of my ID-card and my bank card which I used for deposit Also they ask me to make a hand-written note with text they gives to me and I did it 24 hours has passed and nobody is aswered me on my ticket for verification of my payment

Second time scammed

I was deceived for the second time I prepare everything nicely for the trade the trade is created I press accept on steam and then suddenly on swap gg the trade is canceled and accepted on my steam All the weapons were transferred to them and I received nothing in return It doesn t make any sense I have evidence that it was done on their site I submitted that evidence to them but they don t react Camiel says you always cancel your trade which makes no sense So people run away from this site And one more thing Camiel as support is no help at all the man doesn t even try to help you

I see many good reviews But are these real Swapp gg has received 500 USD from my credit card in a scam The terms state that if you react quickly there is still something that can be done about it I contacted them within an hour via the info email social media phone numbers listed online and the phone number mentioned by the bank account number After 6 days still no response Is this company part of this scam Who has had the same experience
