SWFT are thieves The bad rating is not toward SWAPZONE as they generally provide excellent service but some of the exchange platforms they list to make swaps are a bunch of thieves I selected the SWFT exchange platform to make a swap as their initial offering for my swap was for 3 600 coins I chose the floating rate as I knew the price was dropping As I clicked to proceed with the swap the price dropped even further in my favor and I noticed that I would now receive 3 614 from SWFT The price kept dropping further in my favor while I clicked to send SWFT the funds Now it showed that I would receive 3 636 coins The price never increased I received my coins right away yet I received only 3 576 coins The price never floated upwards to reflect that amount it only went downwards very disappointed and you feel you were robbed Yes the exchange is instant direct and secure but their offerings are LIES Never using SWFT again they can t be trusted This is why the space needs to be regulated 62e701148fa081001206b918B25E2397515C0A5721D8568F397B0AB04361E1B10FE824157AEF7087ED7F384CI m familiar with floating price and the response is always blamed on the floating price However if you note the transaction was filled at 10 30 pm UTC and a deeper look would show that the coin received never increased or floated higher to a price of 39 within that time Can you share the exchange platform that SWFT uses to get their pricing I ve checked a few and none show a spike to 39 up to an hour prior to being filled

This is a scam service On 13 02 2022 I wanted to create an exchange of 60 AVAX to ETH but by mistake I created an exchange of 6 AVAX to ETH and made a deposit of 60 AVAX My transaction was not completed and the money was not returned either When I contacted the support service they provided me with a hash for BTC and said that my exchange was successfully completed although my exchange was for ETH As I later understood from their words these guys completed someone else s exchange for my money and are now trying in every possible way to leave from returning my funds to me It s been a long time and I still haven t received my money At first they just ignored me then they asked for a video from my wallet I provided them with everything that was necessary but they still have not returned my money to me and every day they say that they are allegedly trying to figure something out

NEVER DEPOSIT TON all the liquidity providers require a memo but swapzone will not tell you so you make a deposit and will never be received then you have to contact and wait for DAYS and whenever they want they finish the exchange at the current rate not the rate when you paid following all the instructions of swapzone so their website have mistakes and dont work as it should and they are not
