DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Terrible Customer Service I ordered over 400 00 in couch covers They did not fit I measured nor look like the pictures I immediately followed the return instructions and after a week of back and forth they sent me the following email Hello I m sorry that our product didn t make you like it We offer the following two return options 1 Ensure that the product is complete and unused and we will receive a full refund upon receiving the package Return Address 3 F China Electronics No 2 Fu an Avenue Longgang District Shenzhen Guangdong CN2 Returning to China may require at least one month of transportation time Considering that the transportation time is too long and the package may be damaged or lost during transportation in order to maximize customer benefits we agree to refund a total of 30 as compensation and do not need to return the product Please select an option thank you How can they only offer 30 00 when you spent over 400 00 They know you are not going to send back the items so they have just made a huge profit on a sale This company is full of scammers

Scam Their product was on subpar quality Mailed them back the item following their return instructions They refuse to pick it up and issue a refund It has been sitting 5 months with the Chinese post in Shenzen Lost approximately 800

Honestly I am speechless that a company like this is able to keep operational For reference we spent around 300 of our hard earned money on a large patterned white rug and what we received was horrible filmsy and quite frankly a joke of a piece of fabric The first red flag was that a 6 5 x 8 rug fit in a compressed poorly wrapped parcel no bigger than a small pillow Delivery took longer than expected When we opened it we were horrified that the so called rug looked nothing like the image on the website We are disappointed More disappointed that we didn t do a quick search of this company before purchasing Buyer beware they have clearly flooded Trust Pilot with fake 5 reviews please consider all the warnings and move elsewhere The price was too good to be true and we were scammed

WEBSITE SCAM REALLY READ WHAT PEOPLE SAY IN THESE REVIEWS NO ORDER RECEIVED BUT WEBPAGE SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED Company IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT - THE CONTACT PHONE provided IS NOT IN SERVICE NONFUNCTIONING VERY FRUSTRATED Tracking for 2 couch covers ordered 4 29 are providing conflicting information including the fact that the delivery was received today 5 6 23 but never was- the tracking isn t even USPS tracking link provided wasn t even able to provide a traceable order and kept glitching I tried calling the only contact phone provided o the site and the number wasn t going through doesn t exist I m believe this company is fraudulent I ve already reported them to PayPal and my bank and am continuing to reach out wherever I can until I get my refund and I want this IMMEDIATELY

Scammed out of 300

Needed to return the we ordered product as it arrived way to late and we could no longer make use of the product The company tactic is that it is shipped from China which makes it a waste of the consumers time and money to ever try to send it back for a refund After spending 300 we were offered 20 after asking to return The same company sells the same product on amazing for half the price It s time we begin supporting local and American made products so these scams end

Scam Cheap products with no returns

Ordered an irregular shape rug and was horrified when it arrived Awful quality the color is printed on a velvet fabric It is not a woven yarn dyed rug but a cheap printed thing that when you walk on it there are footmarks on it Feel cheated as they claim to have free returns but they don t They expect you to ship it back to China you will pay shipping and no guarantee that they will receive it or refund your money Total scam after complaints to their customer support email I was offered 30 refund for a 300 carpet I paid for

REPORT THEM FOR FRAUD

Since I posted my review on Trustpilot Sweaterpicks reached out and offered me a refund only if I deleted my review here So shady They absolutely know of their fraudulent behavior I encourage everyone here to report them to agencies that investigate fraud and to the payment vendors they use Apply Pay Shop Google Pay They also have a fake Better Business Bureau badge on their site so I know the BBB will have some issue with that Also file a complaint with your bank or credit card company to get your money back This place should not be in business Who knows how much money they ve scammed people out of with this racket but they should not at the very least continue to be able to use reputable payment processors to bilk customers of their money

HOW IS SWEATERPICKS STILL OPERATING I already went on a social media rant about them to alert others I wish I had done my research before ordering from such a terrible company I ordered my covers over a month and a half ago and have yet to receive them Every time I check in they tell me they are looking into it and their logistics department probably two people sharing half a brain promises it will be here in 7-15 days Also judging by these reviews I am guessing it will be poor quality too What a waste of 120 00
