I had recently ordered some pants from your site that I was excited to purchase but unfortunately when I received them they were the wrong size as you could imagine I was disappointed with myself I reached out to your customer service support team and to my surprise I was blown away by the excellent Customer service I received I was instructed on how to get the right size and product but I myself had some difficulty on doing it I was taken step by step and with great patience and professionalism never have I experienced such amazing support the way I did I truly take my hat off and wish every customer service support team would follow your lead I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who wants to purchase anything Once again thank you for your amazing support and can t wait to do business with you again If you want to print this please do everyone needs to read this

We ordered the vortex illusion rug premium 3D The rug we received did not look like the one we ordered No illusion at all I could not find a phone number for the site Sent an email to the company - no response but they claim they will respond between 24-48 hours MAKE SURE YOU READ THE RETURN POLICY Buyer Beware

Do a google search of image U
As I was browsing the internet an ad came up for a pair of shoes from a company called Sweetiecathy Never heard of Sweetiecathy so I came to Trustpilot FIRST Learned my lesson after getting ripped off by a company called Anniecloth After I saw the negative reviews for Sweetiecathy I copied the url for the image of the shoes and did a google search The shoes are from a company selling on Amazon The shoes were more expensive than Sweetiecathy s price but had good reviews I searched Sweetiecathy on Amazon and got nothing If you see an ad from a company you have never heard of with prices too good to be true check reviews on Trust Pilot first Also do a google search of the image url

Had no idea this company was based in
Had no idea this company was based in China--says my order was shipped but when I click on tracking number no info Would not have ordered if I new it was being shipped from China I placed my order on Dec 4--based on other reviews I be lucky if I see it by January Would not do business with this company again
