A fantastic recruitment agency to work for

Throughout my employment with Swift I have had a fantastic experience Swift has always been very accommodating to my needs in terms of finding me a good school that is easily accessible by transport from my home and second job I was new to teaching when joining Swift and nervous about the career change when I first started however the Swift team were very supportive and made the transition easy The team are very responsive and always ready to provide help if needed and would regularly check in to see how I was going I have thoroughly enjoyed working for Swift and the schools they have sent me to work in and can t recommend them enough

The team at Swift Education are absolutely excellent Jordan was extremely professional and helpful in all of his communication with me He secured a position for me in a school near my location very swiftly and always followed up with me regarding any issues or just to check in He is always communicative and willing to help with a smile Ebony processed all my documents quickly and kept me in the loop through the whole process After speaking to a few agencies this one stood out the most and the staff really are fantastic people Highly recommended if you re seeking a teaching TA or supply role

In exception to other agencies Swift feels personal Agents have been genuine honest and therefore hard to find fault with The agents are transparent with each booking and I understand the journey and nature of schools before agreeing to placements I would happily recommend Frank and his operation to friends

Excellent agency

I signed up with Swift before I arrived in the UK They came highly recommended and it was great to speak with Frank by phone video to get a clear idea of what I needed to do and could expect from supply teaching in London Staff at Swift communicate well and give you a real sense that they care - checking in after being sent to new schools and working with you to find work in areas and year levels that suit you best

I cannot recommend Swift enough

I cannot recommend Swift enough in particular Jordan From the very beginning he was incredibly helpful and proactive in helping me find a role He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and his kindness and professionalism truly stood out What impressed me the most was how Jordan adapted when my schedule unexpectedly changed Despite the challenge he was quick to find another role that perfectly fit my availability His dedication and resourcefulness were exceptional and it was clear he genuinely cared about helping me succeed Jordan made the entire process smooth and stress-free and his friendly demeanor made it a pleasure to work with him
