STAY AWAY FROM SYGIC I gave never in my entire life encountered such a unreliable company with such a lack of empathy for their customers Having purchased the Truck and Caravan app I ve decided to buy the Traffic and Speed camera aswell They say you will receive the receipt and the instructions once you ve made payment This was on the 6th July and till today I have not received support of any kind so I can download my 2 apps Emailing to what they call urgente help triggers a message get back to you in 3-5 business days THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and for this reason I will pursuit a full refund Somebody has to stop this mob

First use took us with caravan down a farm track Absolutely useless No customer support from Sygic at all BUT Apple refunded the full amount within 24hrs If needed use this link reportaproblem apple comSygic 0 10Apple 10 10

Poor app treacherous company

The app is battery hungry and worse at finding places than Google Maps If I use the dashcam and the maps at the same time my phone eventually shuts down due to overheating making the dashcam useless Now as others have pointed out I was emailed by them to be told they have removed live traffic updates map updates and more from the Lifetime subscription I bought and shoved it behind a monthly subscription for something I already paid for Beyond angry this is daylight robbery Uninstalled never again Disgraceful way to operate

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Terrible company with awful non existant customer service This company s behaviour towards me was borderline fraudulent They cancelled my Googleplay subscription without my permission due to signing in issues and created a direct sign in on their website However after still having issues with the app Sygic cancelled my subscription with nearly six months of credit left So now I can neither log in with Googleplay or Sygic and have an account I ve paid for but cannot use SYGIC HAVE REFUSED TO REINSTATE OR REFUND BE WARNED

Sygic keeps stealing from you

Hello I bought the so called Life-Time including Dashcam and Head-up Display with lane guidance and with the latest app update my licenses disappeared and I would have to sign up for a PREMIUM subscription again to get back some of the services I already paid for Sygic keeps stealing from you prefer Waze Bonjour J ai achet le soi-disant Life-Time et notamment Dashcam et Head-up Display with lane guidance et avec la derni re mise jour de l application mes licences ont disparu et je devrais de nouveau souscrire un abonnement PREMIUM pour r cup rer certains des services que j ai d j pay s Sygic ne cesse de vous voler pr f rez Waze

I paid a life license and after a year

I paid a life license and after a year my account disappeared there s no contact link and no support I m on my own and I m not going to pay again It wasn t working well anyway

The app does not pick up all road

The app does not pick up all road closures so as soon as you enter a diversion it keeps trying to send you back into the closure The only way to use this safely is to use one of the free maps which shows the road closures and then enter your own diversion via somewhere you know takes you around the closure Also has a tendency to send you down single track country lanes which is not ideal in a 44t artic This app caused me to take 2 hours than it should last night as it did not pick up the A50 closure which has been happening on and off for the last few months and it appears traffic management are having a giggle with the diversion

Terrible business model

Terrible business model greedy greedy company Lifetime my a Pretty much useless on Android auto No sound or turn by turn until I further update my premium license Avoid like the plague

Like many others a lifetime purchase was reduced to a basic service unless you pay an annual subscription fee On top of that Sygic will only work with android auto if you pay for a subscription - that is paying an annual fee just to wirelessly connect to a product you already own Greed model one to boycott
