Lovely product delivery delays not their fault

Firstly necklaces are lovely very stylish and comfortable to wear There was a delay with delivery times sadly 5 days instead of the Post Office 48hour promise but really good customer support from Melody meant that I had no worries that the issue would be resolved either way Would absolutely buy from Sylvian Grant again

Great Customer Service

Great company to deal with customer service and quality of the product I wanted to exchange a product because I had decided on silver instead of gold and was told no problem and to keep the gold as a gift and also gave me 25 off my next order You just don t find companies doing that everyday so i will definetly order again
