Good old fashioned service

I received a scope that had been packed damaged by the manufacturer On notifying Nick he offered me to try it and if it was OK accept a sizeable discount As it turned out it was not OK so I notified him on a Sunday and next morning a new scope was dispatched to me without waiting for the old one back Good old fashioned service from a top company I and the other members of my gun club will definitely use again Can t recommend highly enough

Really good looking scope

Really good looking scope didn t need much to zero either put a target out to 20 meters and only 3inch vertical adjustment on my kral pro500 Lovely solid dials also I like it a lot I ve had many other big name brands and feel sometimes they are a waste of money

What fantastic Customer Service 5

I brought an Arken scope from the site a few weeks ago great price great comms tracked and came the next day - perfect Given my positive experience I ordered a scope to go on a new HW97 plinker I had just brought A couple of hours later and with a tape measure I realised that the scope I ordered was going to be a little too long I contacted Nick and his team and asked for an alternative compact scope instead Quick to reply they swapped it and sorted everything for dispatch today I made things even more difficult by separately ordering a tripod benchrest but they realised I was the same customer and mentioned all items are to arrive together I can t fault them Thanks guys

An easy to use website showed what scope mounts they had with a competitive price Having it in stock meant that shipping was quick Free Royal Mail delivery meant no messing around with couriers so that was easy as well Also as my order was over a certain amount I got a few pounds off which was an unexpected bonus Quick and easy overall

Exceedingly helpful knowledgeable owner who is a pleasure to deal with Nothing is too much trouble answers questions queries out of hours and ALWAYS responds In this day and age to find a company that values good old fashioned service seems rare I finally found one

I ve bought from here on 8 or 9 occasions now past present and service has been superb from Nick Customer service if there s a problem is also exceptional just cannot be bettered There is free delivery on orders of 50 5 off loyalty points prices are very competitive Highly recommended

I emailed a product enquiry on Sunday morning and received a reply 17 minutes later Then I ordered the Magnetospeed Sporter later that day Monday was New Years Day a bank Holiday so it was shipped on Tuesday I assume and I received it on Thursday morning in County Kildare Ireland That is fantastic service well done March

wanted a scope i had found same price literally everywhere then came acros tacticalscope who auto gave me both free delivery and 5 discount was going to wait till black friday and tbhd probably would have found it 10 if had waited a month but rather have 5 off and in stock than 10 off and be no stock so ordered it from them Hopefully they are fast delivering and good after sales team if i have a problem with it which based on reviews i am expecting

Brilliant service and after care support

Brilliant service and after care Had an issue with the side focus dial and colour edge blurring on my Element Optics 4-16 FFP probably due to heat in the car expansion and then trying to adjust the side focus dial Contacted Nick and returned the scope - replaced with a brand new boxed scope - no issues or discussion about about the replacement - just got on and sorted it Fantastic after sales support and customer care - much appreciated Thanks SkiS
