Tailster has been a great way to find a cat sitter when we need one and when we ve struggled to find somebody tailster has offered to help out and prompt sitters to respond We ve not had any issues using the site or with the payment system and its reassuring to know all sitters are insured I d recommend using the processes laid out on tailster such as meet and greets as understandably tailster isn t able to comprehensively vet each sitter but the meet and greet lets you get an idea with who you ll be working it Overall I d definitely recommend using tailster if you need a sitter

I like the way communications are set up so that we can see when our message to the carer is read and also see notifications of incoming messages I had some initial questions on how the payment system works and these were answered clearly and quickly I recommend Tailster to anyone who is looking for a company that is accessible to both the customers and carers They are professional and competent
