I don t know what all these comments about optimized LinkedIn profile great webinar are all about I haven t seen any such service offered by GatedTalent I have gotten 0 recruiter contacts about jobs in two years of being on GatedTalent Why waste US 350 a year on an Executive Search database if recruiters don t contact you about jobs As a comparison I have gotten 8 direct recruiter calls from via my profile on nothing optimized by GatedTalent or anyone else LinkedIn 3 calls from Hays 2 calls from Robert Half and quite a few others from corporate recruiters In the past year GatedTalent is not worth paying a subscription for Period Response to the Response Thank you for the link to the portal Are you aware that when you send notice about my profile it does not take me there It goes to my profile log-in and since I signed up two years ago I have never seen these other pages In fact from my profile there is not a menu selection to take me to any of this content on your main page The only menu selections I have ever seen - including this morning - are PREMIUM PROFILE REQUESTS ACCOUNT SETTINGS HELP LOG OUT Maybe a lot of your accounts know nothing of the additional content because your site s navigation clarity is problematic Regardless the quality of recruiters and actual recruitment activity generated for members seems ineffective and not worth a paid subscription

I could not hear for the most part of the presentation except the last 5 minutes

After 2 months I have not received any job offer or HH company call I feek cheated

While the tutorials and webcasts are interesting I have found no real value in the service

So far many recruiters have requested to connect yet no one has made any contact Not impressed so far

No Audio there was no sound just picture I left after 10 minutes What a disappointment Never again

I have contacted twice to the sales person who contacted me in the first place after paying the subscription with no answer

ADDED - the GatedTalent agent reached out to me and asked me to contact her for a meeting If you sk someone to contact you least you could do is actually follow through I attended the GatedTalent webinar for more info prior to trying to set up the meeting I was all in for signing up for a premium account The lack of follow through with the agent left me suspect of the services GatedTalent offers Thanks for the reply and explanation that the agents don t necessarily have time to meet with prospective clients or those ready to sign up and pay you but in this case GatedTlent just failed Simply said I ve reached out to the rep that contacted me several times to set up a time to discuss my background and interests Mind you I was contacted first Seems if you are sellingnsomething and really there to work for the candidate me you d reply You d do your job I dont even like sales but I know how it should work and I am not going to chase a salesperson to sell me something

I expected a deeper insights into Job search process This webinar skimmed through the surface Good for candidates who have not been on LinkedIn earlier

I didn t receive any type of service from GT No one ever contacted me I didn t have a way to reach out to any recruiters I see why the service is free Really not a service at all
