Poor Visibility for Candidates

The overall platform is good however there is no information for the users on how recruiters will be accessing this information and or any visibility on how many searches ones profile appeared as a result but no luck Such information will help the candidates to review and update their profiles if needed to elevate their success rate Otherwise I have a feeling that I am in the dark without any idea what s happening around my profile on this platform

There wasn t anything valuable kind of wasted 30 mts on sales pitch Would have been good if the pitch was straight forward than wasting people time with the trivial presentation just say 35 pound for the info given the quality of presentation I chose not to waste money on paid webinar

I am in the middle on my review The process was quite straightforward to get signed up and registered on the site Since then nada zilch zippo No activity from GatedTalent as to potential interviews leads inquiries and the rest

The platform does not feel quite

The platform does not feel quite empowering on the sell side I can connect to hr agencies that ask me but it really stops there That is there is no means to interact Webinars are quite alright a bit too fast running over the slides though

Gated Talent Review

There are so many organizations that offer the best methodology and proven methodology to help job seekers and I explore each of them to see if there are differences In the end there are many promises and claims that this organizations offerings are better and more inclusive than others I have found myself taking advantage of listening to the opening pitch which ends up being nothing more than a sales call to get the job seeker to spend money on their program vs another Unfortunately early in my job loss I signed on with one such organization and spent the money and did see some initial benefit but in the end I remain unemployed and watching my savings dwindle and unemployment running out I simply cannot afford to keep supporting orgnizaitions that charge significant fees to help job seekers I wish I could and get back on my feet very soon but this is not the reality especially during COVID I am connected with GT but I simply cannot justfy the cost to go to premium Please know that I believe that GT offers a great deal but out of my league due to cost

In today s world of job seekers and hiring

In today s world most people try to look relevant to the trend and play the game to the rule That is not the optimum for companies and individual to find each other Companies list a request for job descriptions which is too exhausted in the hope to hire one that at least do part of the list and job seeker twist their resume as per current trend to show they have all Really it is tough to hire or to find job these days The tips given in the webinar was good for job seekers and informative It makes life easier for HR and facilitate hiring but it is not a gurantee you find the right one indeed you find the the right one who plays the game It was also a sales pitch too It gives you hints to stay in the trend and race and as usual if you need more info pay top dollars This is the way world is turning for now
