I warn you from the tap company they are thieves a group of thieves they will loot your money under the pretext that they will review your account this situation will continue for months and may not return it to you at all I am now in this situation I contact with them daily and they lie every day and tell me Someone will contact me this situation lasted for months then other months they say we will review your account and they have no argument or reason I warn you again that they are thieves who will steal your money

It s so funny that I just read all the reviews a week ago trying to give the benefit of the doubt Today is my pay out day and as soon as logged into the site I got the ceo change message and that I will have to wait an additional 7 days This is what everybody was stating too I don t believe everything so I waited to see for myself and they were right This is a terrible way to scam people into doing surveys so they can get a bunch of calls and junk emails If you wasn t going to pay us then don t create false reviews saying otherwise I knew I shouldn t have listened to my friend Easy way to lure people because the pandemic has hurt millions of people and being that this was easy money to make they should if kept they word Disappointed

will not release my funds

I have been a loyal client of TAP for a few years now Earlier this year I was told that I needed to close my old TAP account and open a new one as my old one was outdated so I had to go through the whole application process again Since then April I have been contacting TAP regularly to release the funds that were in the account and transfer them to my new account and they will not do it I am told to wait 24 hours for the funds to appear and nothing happens It has been 4 months They also still charging me the monthly fees so now Im paying for two TAP accounts Ive been told numerous times a manager will call me and no one calls I will be closing all accounts with this company and moving to another Absolutely shocking

The worst payment gate ever They barely reply on online chat Sometimes they see the message and don t reply Many of my customers could not proceed with the payment and Tap team has no clue why So if you don t want to waste your time money and customers I suggest change to a different payment gateway 80 of my client s transaction didn t go through I couldn t get them back since they don t want to try and pay so many times if it gets rejected I am not surprised DO NOT RECOMMEND

Absolutely useless site no one should waste your time Any kind of payment proof has not been found anywhere and my date is also today 11 OctoberBut there is no hint or confusion of any kind that your payment has been stopped due to some reason There is no live support here No conversation of any kind can do don t waste your time

To pay online by TAP website it is very very bad Really I m not used with a such bad online payment services I have to try to book a flight with TAP and pay online with my credit card but it DOES NOT WORK Every time i get a message of the page has being expired or this message like that Sorry payment refused try another option

Not deserve a star I had many good year fromThem But lately they want close my account and I had severel thousands there After many months they send a part Then suddenly i get email fr One name Phillip and he Said that One customer open dispute and You need show evidence that they get their item Withhin a period and before 120days they Will return money I show all evidence and trackingnr but they stop to answer I write to customer service and they Said customer need to talk to their bank Everything they Said was wrong and No money send nor me or customer Often they just wait few days we Will contact You and nothing happend
