Cleethorpes 10k Great course great staff great medal and donut

Very well organised Plenty of toilets Pre race information was perfect Loads of stewards And a fantastic medal and donut I ran with my 16 year old son and we both really enjoyed the day and got personal best times aswell Runners 123 and 500

Tape to tape do it again

From setting up eary hrs of mornin to workin late at nights to get all items set up to posting numbers to organissing medals and tee shirts pulling people together the bands emergency services volenteres and obviosly the runners thankyou tape to tape

The ABP 10k in Cleethorpes

The ABP 10k in Cleethorpes has become a favourite race for me to run in The route is flat and fast if you want a PB All runners so happy and chatty Around each corner of the run are supporters of all ages waving and cheering you on the smell of freshly cooked bacon as you go through the caravans the bands playing on route giving you an extra boost The final couple of miles is beautiful with the beach on one side and the endless sand into the distance But the sound of the spectators shouting and cheering you in on the final stretch is such a wonderful sight The amazing photographers snapping away from the start to the finish and then to have all the photographs free and not charge stupid amounts I must admit it was the donut and then straight off for some Proper fish and chips The long drive back to Hampshire again after such a short weekend was spent talking about the race Booked again within hours for next year Race number 72

Humber ABP Coastal Half Marathon

My first time at the Humber ABP Coastal Half Marathon at Cleethorpes and it was amazing The atmosphere was incredible the organisation was professional and everyone involved from the runners supporters and the staff were extremely welcoming and supportive Runner 2040

A race to race to Cleethorpes for

I took part in the ABP Humber Coastal 10k race on Sunday 21st September 2025 The event was very well organised and super fun From the clear pre race instructions to the after race doughnuts everything was excellent I loved the drum group positioned strategically to motivate runners just when we were getting tired at kilometre 7 It was nice that roads were closed for the event and local people came out to support My only piece of constructive feedback would be to make runners names bigger on the race bibs because it would make it easier for supporters to cheer everyone on Overall a race I d love to take part in again Lindsay KO 617
