This is from China and you never get it

It was taking too long and I emailed them I never heard back so I googled them and nothing but bad reviews So I emailed again and canceled the order A month later they emailed me asking me why I stopped payment and my package was on the way from China I definitely did not realize it was coming from China I will be rejecting the package They act like it is a family shop that is going out of business and in reality they are just drop shipping from China

After reading comments I think I too have been scammed Ordered my son a wall tapestry May 8th and cannot get a tracking number I am reporting to my credit card company and better business bureau I too get the same message back from them about due to Covid19 shipping is taking longer I ve ordered from many other companies and received my packages within 2 weeks Basically dont order from companies advertising on Facebook Reply back to Tapestry Galaxy s comment This is the email you sent me Hi if your order has not arrived by June 8th we will refund We cannot simply issue you a refund and let you still receive the product based on your belief we are a scam I assure you we are not Morgan Tapestry GalaxyIts June 12th no refund yet and no tapestry I ve ordered other items from many other companies and have received the items Hopefully they will refund my money like the email above from them says

Not tapestries Nasty thin fabric and about the size of a bath towel not a bath sheet just a normal towel Disgusting If you saw them in a shop you almost certainly wouldn t consider buying and if you did you wouldn t pay more than 99p

AWFUL

AWFUL I Got my order after 5mo VERY DISAPPOINTED I was supposed to use the tapestry several different ways you CAN NOT Either hang it on a rod of some type or place it underneath something t v or something It also IS NOT useful for yoga mat beach towel maybe to cover your self with while the beach WASTE OF MONEY MINE WAS 58 NOW THEY ON SALE for 18 TRINA R P

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful Took 3 months to get my order and one item was only half of the picture actually wasnt even half of the picture maybe a third of it and the other item wasnt even what i ordered Sizes are incorrect Smaller than what i chose I contacted them to return the items back and get a refund and they wont even respond now I try to look at the order and it says error Do not buy from this company Waste of money So disappointed I didnt even want to give one star but i had to just to write the review

Fraud ALERT

I ve ordered at least 20 items from other places and none of them had a problem being delivered I believe this company is fraud the Customer service rep Morgan is very rude and unhelpful All I want at this point is a refund and that is being denied Hopefully I can help at least one person from making a mistake Don t order from here I have to call my bank for a refund because they told me to wait for the delivery then send it back for a refund How am I to do that when it seems to never be delivered

NO ORDER NO ORDER UPDATE

I have tried to contact them twice I had to create this email to write a review and inform customers of the horrible service Pre-typed message was sent twice to me from a rep named Morgan My purchase was made on April 16 for one large galaxy tapestry It is now MAY 13 I go to the website or app I had to download to check on order status NO INFORMATION THIS IS A FRAUD I WILL BE REPORTING Wished I would of read this before ordering

Wow Just wow

Wow Wishing I had read the reviews before ordering from this place I paid for the tapestry on April 8 2020 and still have to receive any update or ETA on its whereabouts Morgan the customer service rep is rude and sending automated responses to my requests for an update on the shipment of my tapestry They will not give me a refund

Bad quality print

Took a long time to receive my tapestry considering the pandemic I didn t concern myself with the delay However the print quality is terrible Very blurry I can t even look at it The colors are way off Definitely stolen art
