After making the purchase it took a few days to receive the confirmation of the order Still waiting for the confirmation of the final date plus tracking ID I think it should improve so that the customer feels more confident that his money was well spend

The product is excellent but i really suggest to better organise how to handle the orders My kids loved lummus mainly the plain one unfortunately we had some delivery issues and had to cancel the order Simona

The items arrived when expected but the dip had a use by date of that day so I had no choice but to open it there and then The dip itself sundried tomato was very nice indeed but the lid of the pot didn t fit at all and I had to throw away most of it as I didn t want it all in one go and it was obviously out of date the next day even if the lid had fitted At 3 99 a pop though this is exceptionally expensive dip so if it s going to be out of date so quickly and not storable in the container it comes in I won t be ordering again I tried the cocoa protein powder first but it has a really odd taste so wasted my money there The vanilla is ok - it at least smells like vanilla and the taste isn t overly intrusive but you can tell it s there when added to my porridge Only one tablespoon though I really don t think three would taste very nice at all I ve yet to try the plain version - I received a big bag instead of the three smaller ones I ordered I appreciate the gesture as clearly there was a stock issue so I m hoping this one will be the one I am happy to use moving forward as the nutritional values are so good

Excellent service and equally good product Reduced number of stars due to not advising the purchaser that the products were short dated I wrote to the company to advise same and never received a response

Everything you need in a snack But don t you expect big ones

The product is great the delivery service not so much They delivered late and the order was stuck at the depot over the weekend which meant product didn t arrive fresh even though it was packed with ice packs

Really lovely and smooth flavoursome dips which make a really good alternative to hummus great with vegetable sticks and crisps

I love the lummus products The texture was so smooth and the taste was delicious I especially love the beetroot lummus The packaging is so nice too

First order was damaged in shipping and they very kindly reshipped my order Which I got next day Very good customer service The lummus is very nice but leaked through the lid I understand from the instructions that the product does separate but feel there is some more work needed on packaging and shipping Lupin beans are a nice light on the go snack

Would rate higher if I could fast delivery and so delicious loved the options of the crisps
