What went wrong trust pilot asked they are robbing con artists lied about there fee Zero contact once they had my cheque they charge 150 vat that is there fee not the 15 i was told Worst company only reason i got a reponse in the end was because i was going to seek legal advice PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE

Terrible company Do not use Kept all my refund Denied they had received anything from HMRC until I told them i had proof from HMRC saying that had sent them a cheque 6 weeks ago They said I would receive no refund and they were keeping almost 200 for fees

I was very sceptical about applying for this rebate as I have applied with other companies before This took just over 3 weeks and I got a letter in the post from the government making it legitimate I would recommend this company

Absolutely faultless from start to finish Yes they take a fee was 15 of my refund but in the view that I wasn t expecting a refund I was pleasantly surprised They have completed all the work and I have just waited without any effort Thanks Tax People

I honestly didn t expect to get anything back but The tax people proved me wrong They handled everything quickly and kept me updated throughout the process I ended up getting more than I thought I would No stress no phone calls Took me 2 mins to fill in the form Highly recommended
