Disgusting customer service

Tried to book them to do a large sized room walk in wardrobe with all the bells and whistles they charged me for a consultation back in March and then ignored me for months Won t respond and are very rude They won t send me a quote or design or let me book a date Only care about celebrities

Amazing walk in wardrobes

We have had an amazing walk in wardrobe fitted by Taylor bespoke Totally tailored to our personal needs very bespoke to us Dan the owner was brilliant always at the end of the phone came and did two site visits and talked us through each stage The guys that fitted it were great very professional and got the job done efficiently The quality of the wardrobes is fantastic you couldn t fault it extremely pleased

Two Media Units - look phenomenal

The entire experience with TB is as good as it gets Sheer quality from start to finish Quality of workmanship second to none True professionals They go that extra mile to make sure customer is absolutely satisfied and in my case tweaked the media unit on site to take it onto another level They also took the utmost care in my house not to damage anything as well as constantly hoovering to keep house clean Thank you John Sean for an amazing job and thanks Dan and Ivan for all your support One very happy customer

Amazing bed wardrobes

Amazing friendly service Taylor Bespoke created exactly what we had envisaged Thank you Somma for being so professional and helpful The fitters were all great too Look forward to our next addition

Quality service start to finish

The service was exemplary from planning to installation couldn t be happier with the end product which is a fitted headboard and bed I would definitely use them again and thank to Somma and the fitting team who were the best

Highly recommend

Working with Taylor bespoke for our master bedroom was a very pleasant experience they were patient knowledgeable and worked with us to get what we wanted They spoke from experience and the end product was outstanding high There was a minor issue after installation but they rectified it without a quibble and very very quickly Without a doubt I would use them again

Excellent all round

Having used Taylor Bespoke a few years ago for a small project in 2021 I was really impressed with them at the time When I needed an office fit out I went back to speak to Daniel and explained that I needed this done quickly Daniel and Somma came around the next day listened to what I wanted and advised me through the design process The project was completed well before I would have expected the best thing was a couple of snagging bits that needed doing Daniel was back at 7 30am the next morning to complete I couldn t have asked for any more from them and I very much look forward to working with Taylor Bespoke in the future

We designed a bed with Taylor Bespoke and they brought our vision to life Beautiful stone coloured bed frame We are in love with it Very professional too Highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be using Taylor Bespoke in the future

Nursery design and fitting

We recently used Taylor Bespoke for our nursery and couldn t be happier with the result of it We have used them previously for media unit in our living room This time I had a really specific vision and finish that I wanted which was understood and catered for perfectly From the stages of measuring and understanding the request to quote from providing updates on a completion date and then the guys on the day fitting- everyone had such great professionalism and were perfectionists The guys fitting on the day were so polite and I felt super comfortable with them in my home Can t wait for the next project we complete with Taylor Bespoke
