The company is not following the tenancy agreement They re breaking the law by misleading people That company is very chaotic and they know nothing about the service their are providing The staff is always changing and new people coming to assess the property without any knowledge about previous propety situation If you are brave enough you can use their services but do not count to have your deposit back I m very sorry to say that but the way I was treated is unacceptable I m very disappointed as I thought that the company is more efficient

Do not give your house to be sold by these guys Really poor experience I had by trying to BUY a house

Horrendous customer service

My partner briefly called to discuss a viewing on a property and tried to explain our current situation so we didn t waste anyone s time The lady on the phone was abrupt rude and quite frankly incapable of actually listening to what we had to say First impressions are everything especially if you wish to retain customers Zero phone etiquette completely judgemental and would avoid at all costs Such a shame as they have lovely properties available Definitely not somebody I would want representing my company
