I ve waited 2 weeks since I placed my order and have no status on my order I ve left multiple emails no one responds Really bad customer service Actually no customer service I can t get a response DO NOT BUY

Placed an order with a coupon that they sent me in the mail 3 weeks ago and the order has been placed but never shipped I have sent several emails to them and no response Have bought from them previously with no issues and really like the products however I am done with this company if I ever get my product or a refund

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Placed two orders mid-Dec 2022 received confirmations with 7-14 day delivery timeline however no product ever shipped After 3 months and repeated emails ignored I had to dispute with my credit card company after which time they contacted me stating they didn t have the products I ordered in stock and blamed a change in warehouses which doesn t justify the lack of communication Ordering fro TBo was a big waste of time and money

Order Something But don t expect to getr it The order took forever to be delivered

The order took forever to be delivered but eventually I think this is planned so that it will be hard to dispute a charge on your credit card after such a long period In my case the items were too large Try to find a return method listed on anything they put out I have sent three emails so far trying to just exchange to a smaller size but no such luck I believe the company is out of the country For some reason they think they can operate in the U S without any consideration for the client It s all about the money and with such horrific reviews they might last another 6 months then change their name This thought me a lesson that I should stick with companies I recognize

I ordered 5 pair of large briefs

I ordered 5 pair of large briefs 2 were correct and i like them 1 was a medium in a package marked large and 2 were marked large on the package but have no labeling on them and when i compare them to the large and medium briefs they are definitely Small These are definitely overpriced for underwear made in China This also explains the inconsistency in sizing labeling Too bad because i like the way the large fit and feel

Made a purchase back in November I have still not received my underwear I have reached out multiple multiple times and still zero response No underwear and I m going to have to file a dispute with my credit card company Very very bad customer service

Don t promise what u can t deliver

Put order on hold for 6 months after many inquiries said sorry that s not available but u can pick from avail colors picked something else then told sorry that s not available either took many emails to get refund u guys are a joke will be blocking ur emails

They charged my credit card multiple times while their website claimed they couldn t process my payment and order There s at least 360 on my account because of an internal error that days later they still haven t corrected Update The gave me a partial refund gave me a scammy inaccurate explanation that it was because of currency value changesOnly order from them if you can afford expensive mistakes that you have to pay for
