Terrible company to work for poor management No room for progression Barely a stop gap job unless your desperate but even then I d avoid it

No professional Management hiring is a funny process

No professional treatment for candidates I was referred to them and applied through a company in UK they sent email interview invitation and on the day of the interview and literally before an hour got a cancelation as they hired someone more capable The process the correspondence the interaction and their fairness was totally messThey have office in Manchester and most of their team members are working from home on contracts- even before the pandemic and I can t see any future growth with their attitude NOT recommended employer no vision no diversity no future

An absolute horror of a workplace Joined in on a project which lacked structure organisation and communication There is an extreme micro-management prevalent where majority of the employees from my batch expressed severe distress and anxiety following the frequent questioning and call-outs in the collective teams group chat Takes several days to receive a response if you raise a ticket through their system surrounding important questions that should be handled promptly The pay is low for the amount of stress one be dealing with on a daily basis The only times you receive feedback is if they have criticism to give you forget about motivation or words of encouragement The head of the department blocked my number when I tried to get an answer of whether my salary has been issued or not as it is late and I have bills to pay Very professional indeed Nobody takes any accountability but rather refer you to a different department that offers the same response we do not have information on that I cannot fathom how this can be a serious company when you are dreading the payday as you are not sure if you will even be paid on time and correctly on top of that

I couldn t feel more sad about the worst call center experience I ve experience than this one On this call center managed by people on the other side of the world who couldn t give less F s about their employees They make you sign a contract over a used dusted even rusted computer equipment compromising you to pay about 1500 USD for an cheap-ass intel core i3 2nd gen equipment that s about to die and you could find easier a better like new condition one to buy through Amazon or eBay for roughly 50 USD Their management is the worst the payment is roughly 600 USD A MONTH for a full-time position back-to-back with calls no comissions and a promise to WFH that NEVER gets to you even if your performance is good

What a bunch of incompetent liars

An absolute nightmare people call this company Issue Mahindra During my short time with them this company not only lied about the salary and working conditions they also sexually harassed their employees I pray that this employee will report the incident but as we had several examples of HR and recruiters mismanaging employees no one has any trust that they will be safe if they report anything Me and another employee raised some questions to HR who bounced us to recruiters as they didn t want to deal with us The recruiter then took us into the hallway to discuss our private matters in front of all our colleagues and called us liars even though we had evidence of whatever we were talking about right in front of her Please save your mental health and choose another employer these people are so stupid that they cannot make any connections to their behaviour and why nearly everyone ends up leaving after their first month with them Disgusting is an understatement when talking about Issue Mahindra
