I have been using Telegram for about twelve months with no issue It has served it s purpose well Without warning the site just automatically logged me out from a desktop which has never happened before I was unable to log back in I sent a message to customer service explaining the situation and asked for a work around to the problem Over one week I sent four messages to two separate points of contact Ten days later no contact from support at all I ended up doing a mountain of my own research into the problem and come up with a possible solution I thought may solve the issue and was able to login again That took one week to sort out including research and changing and upgrading devices This may have been much quicker if support had replied To this day without any feed back from support I have no idea why I was logged out in the first place to prevent it from happening again I need and still use and like Telegram So for my overall user experience and up to that point you get 5 Stars But as for customer service - It s a Ghost and the only reason for a 1 Star rating I notice many of the 1 star reviews also relate to non existent customer service Could you please for the sake of many of your users as these reviews reflect re-assess your customer support service Currently it is seriously lacking
