Vulnerability of Telegram

As I understand it you have done nothing to protect users of your social network from the deliberate exploitation of the vulnerability of your system when your system automatically and without any warning bans a user just because Russian government agencies have bot farms in your Telegram that send a complaint to the right nickname which leads to an automatic ban of any user telephone number or even a channel Do you realize that this is a form of terrorism towards the users of your network

Poor upload download speeds

Trying to upload some data to Saved Messages First went quick iso file but another file video goes slow I have Telegram Premium subscription purchased what a shame for consumers Also it has poor download speeds when export data from Telegram without subscription speeds never reaching above 8Mbps It seems fooling users with fake maximum and no limit in speed of downloads and uploads

Today was a day of discovery It turns out that mobile operators are re-launching old telephone numbers that are no longer in use into the system It is not hard to guess that these are the cheapest and most readily available free SIM cards So if a new user uses a new SIM card just purchased with an old number the ban received years ago in Telegram maybe it depends on the user s settings will be inherited by him as well It s a pity that the support service doesn t answer I d like to think that nobody works there except for artificial intelligence I couldn t figure it out till the end but maybe it will help someone
