if I could give NO STARS I would telegram is by far the worst instant messaging app they re filled with bots scammers and viruses they actively defend scammers accounts and promote them and if you get reported by them for not falling for their scams duh telegram restricts YOU and eventually bans YOU not the scammers so yeah they can go f themselves

Reported fake airdrop that conned my information nothing has been done more innocents being scammed into false advertisment please do something about reports reported the cryptocurrency airdrop website contact is all fake and likely pictures are used without permission the most recent one I ve reported is infinity token

Endless issues with voice and video

Endless issues with voice and video calls just keeps dropping Messaging is ok although would be good to implement reactions to messages Telegram have zero customer service levels too

My Telegram number has been banned

It says my phone number is blocked I couldn t find any numbers I sent an e-mail but there was no response to my e-mail We would like detailed information about a customer number unfortunately it is not available I request that my number ban be lifted

Works fine but lacks support

The app works fine in terms of communication with chat rooms and the Channel Groups features is nice but the support is awful you try to get a problem solved and nobody replies for days Furthermore it is full of scammers running fake Airdrops and there is nothing being done by the support team It needs to evolve a lot in terms of support and credibility

Customer Support is horrible

The platform it self is ok however customer support might as well be non existent A couple of months ago my computer was hacked and they flooded my IG telegram and other some with spam The other applications are working fine after I got control over them again changed passwords and enabled 2fa However after contacting telegram 4 times to get my account off restrictions I still have no answer from them at all Absolutely horrible as some of my work has to do with telegram set up If you can avoid it avoid telegram
