If you actually want to RECEIVE items ordered go to another website These people never have anything in stock You ll get a notice that everything you ordered is back ordered followed by a cancellation But they will charge you immediately Just called to see why the order I placed days ago hasn t shipped Found out everything I ordered except one item was backordered Had to just cancel the entire order so I can shop elsewhere and actually receive Christmas gifts in time Their stuff is nice but they don t actually have any of it available Not sure why they re bothering to advertise

Their Zephyr pants are really comfortable when you can get them Last time I tried the color wasn t available And they got me too with that re-stocking fee for a shirt I returned too narrow and nothing larger due to season In looking at the reviews pricing and now some questionable fees what has happened to Territory Ahead Deep Sea Indigo Baja Hoodie for 139 and ships end of May For that I can drive to Ensenada have fish tacos and a beer and come home with 3 authentic hoodies Sorry

Really pissed off at this criminal
Really pissed off at this criminal organization Got 2 shirts that didn t fit Even though their return and exchange form shipped with items mentioned NOTHING about cant return OR exchange after 60 days They say thats the policy What a RIP OFF Was about to buy more stuff from them but thats NEVER happening again

Just Not Worth It
I ve shopped here for decades including back when it had actual stores but I m done It sells merchandise that is not in stock with no on backorder warning and then charges your card immediately I made a 400 order a week ago and when I started a chat session yesterday on August 4 to see why my order hadn t shipped I was told it was on backorder until about September 25 I cancelled and was promised a refund to my card The website is glitchy--either doesn t load pages or the pages are scrambled I use Chrome Plus my order from a week ago was not reflected in Order History--why--so I wouldn t know it was backordered For me there is just a general scammy feel to dealing with TA And while the quality is generally good sometimes it isn t Who wants to wait 8 weeks for an order and possibly discover a problem with quality Just not worth it

Sooo Disappointing
Just as others have described - twice I ve ordered something and I didn t receive a shipping notification I go into their site only to find the item I ordered which showed available is out of stock I get no notice while they hold onto my payment I have to call to find it that they do not have it and don t know if it s truly backordered or simply out Too bad they have crappy customer service and production processes My husband really likes their shirts and I m stuck trying time and time again to unsuccessfully order them because the company can t manage their business well

overpriced sizes too big customer service sucks
I ve been waiting 3 weeks for an exchange that has apparently just been sitting in their warehouse for the past 10 days I don t know if that s the items I returned or the items that they are exchanging and reshipping That doesn t matter I called today and an extremely rude customer service rep started yelling at me when I asked why it s taking so long and why they haven t touched them in the past 9-10 days Very unprofessional and won t be giving them any more business

I had been a customer of Territory for over two decades
I had been a customer of Territory Ahead for over two decades and they had some great clothes shirts in particular then the selections started looking pretty strange quality was visibly slipping Then this past fall winter when they said all purchases final no exchanges no returns I figured that they are on their way out the door take the money and run Too bad they F U d what had been one of my favorite companies

Ordered two times with no item actually rec d with no CS follow up on shipping Terrible company with no real fulfillment plan No ship date could be given no explaination Seems a bit like a scam to me I would not order from them again
