I was really iffy about purchasing from Commense because I only learned about them via Instagram Ads I took a look at trust pilot prior to ordering to ensure they re legit and zero regrets I ordered 6 items right off the hop and all are superb quality and look very trendy with today s fashion at a reasonable price I honestly can t get over the quality I will be ordering more This is my new favorite store Shipment came sooner than expected so that was a nice surprise I spent some time taking my own measurements to ensure accuracy so I recommend do that before ordering and not just ordering your usual size The ONLY issue I had was that the price never stated what currency it was in I selected my country Canada so I assumed it was in Canadian dollars but I was charged American on my bank statement Wish they did the conversion of price online so I know how much everything was going to cost

Fast and helpful resolutions

Item were received well but come up small I wanted to exchange for a larger size Customer services came back to me quickly and advised the the shipping back to USA does not make it viable and offered that I keep the items and get a 100 credit so I can reorder the other items

The clothes are exactly as depicted on the website and the fabrics are so nice clothes are well made and the prices are great The experience exceeded expectations l will be ordering again

Good quality items Shipping and delivery takes about 2 weeks depending on when you place your order Majority of the items are true to size I wanted to return the skirts I bought because I didn t like how they looked on me I contacted Customer Service and they gave me a few options 1 pay the return return shipping fee and get a refund 2 keep the items and receive 100 of my order as store credit or 3 keep the items and be refunded 50 of my order I chose an option and they were able to help me in a timely manner

The quality of the pieces were surprisingly great I am in love with the sweater skirt combo I purchased The 2nd item didn t fit me properly but customer service was really quickly to reply and offer me either a 50 refund or a 100 store credit and still keep the item I went with the store credit because there is so much cute stuff on the site I ll find a friend with smaller hips to give the skirt too Instagram ads can be a gamble but I was really pleasantly surpised with Commense
