Bedroom bay window rail
The rail was measured and made to correct specification meaning that the installation went well and the rail fits nicely within the bay window The communication was good via email and telephone and the only negative was a slight delay on the delivery date which slipped by a couple of days The general help was very good and I will definitely use again based on service and product

Great customer service
Measuring was tricky but I got a message from a member off staff saying I needed to tweak some measurements and they d hold my order while they waited Then the delivery was well communicated and it came mounted on wood so it could be damaged
