Impressed would use again

I was a little apprehensive of ordering curtains online initially but after having to return 3 pairs back to Dunelm for being faulty after buying them in store I figured it was worth a try I did use the free sample service which was very quick and useful and I did call them before ordering to get an idea of width and length as I had a large patio window so needed an extra long drop with wanting eyelet curtains and the info reading 80 width guaranteed I wasn t quite sure what that meant I even asked the what if I don t like them question and I found them to be very helpful and informative Delivery was within 4 days and they kept me informed As a result I now have a lovely pair of quality curtains at the perfect length they finish off the room lovely and bonus I didn t even need to iron them I did shop around before ordering these and they were the most competitively priced curtains too I would definitely use them again

Sample ordering is easy and mostly nice size samples sent Help guidance with how to measure and a quick turnaround We have now had blinds and curtains and both are made well and look lovely

Super quick and efficient service Have never ordered made to measure curtains online before but the size of our daughter s window meant we couldn t order ready mades I also did not want to go to the expense of having them made by a professional curtain maker in this instance We ordered samples from various companies 247 allow you order up to 9 free of charge These arrived within a couple of days Once I d ordered the curtains they also arrived by courier a few days later The process was easy the price was very competitive and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price I wouldn t hesitate to order from them again
