Ordered a bracelet set

Ordered a bracelet set its probably designed to fit a 5 year olds wrist looks nothing like the picture and when I asked for a refund was told I would have to send back to the Netherlands from the UK at my own cost for a full refund or be given a 20 refund and keep the product I don t want the product

Avoid

Bought the 3 bracelet set a couple months ago - only worn them a handful of times and 2 3 of them have fallen apart Complained to company and they do not want to know - avoid

I would rate zero stars if I could have Very poor customer service I bought a bracelet from them It never got delivered and months later I asked for my refund which they say we will send you another one but I said no thank you just refund me and come to find out they only gave me 90 of what I paid for the bracelet Which makes me believe it is a scam I would not buy from these guys at all Don t waste your money

My order never arrived

My order never arrived when I contacted them about the lack of delivered they simply told me it had been delivered and there was nothing they could do

Does this company still exist

Ordered July 4 Today is July 30 No delivery Emailed July 23 asking for update No reply No delivery no service no company Are they still doing business

Absolute rubbish

Absolute crap closing down sale my butt these bracelets are never worth the full price not even worth half price Cheap Chinese rubbish

Simple advice stay away from this company

If you live in Amsterdam that might be your vendor of choice I am in the USA so if you want to replace or return good luck You will pay more in postage then you spent on this cheap jewelry that photographs very well but when it arrives its a rude awakening very cheap pieces which you can buy for no more than half price from even beach vendors Stay away from these products and company

It s a SCAM

It s a scam DON T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They send you the wrong size even though you chose the right one and they won t give your money back Customer service doesn t exist the messages they send are automatically generated It is a TOTAL WASTE of money Poor quality as well
