We received a faulty product but was made up by excellent customer service

When we received our spinner dice one of them had a fault We contacted customer service and they were so helpful with advice on how to repair it and then offered to replace it when we couldn t do the quick fix ourselves Very speedy and helpful

Mine arrived and is absolutely gorgeous I was so taken aback with how pretty and robust it is while the spinner itself rotates very freely It spun for nearly 3 minutes on a good spin First opportunity I can my DnD group are getting 1 each for a birthday or christmas pressie Thoroughly impressed and am very glad to have been a backer I just wish I d pledged for more when I did haha
