I did not get my orders I text to the shop they write if i still dont get they contact with curier But nothing happened I lost my money and they not answer for my emails

If I could give 0 stars I would absolute terrible vape shop for online orders constantly getting orders wrong late with dispatch times pay extra for next day delivery but takes 4 days for delivery will not be returning here again if you shop for vapes online I would stay away from this place

I haven t received my order from 3 weeks ago The shop is only 5 miles from me but I m disabled so I can t go in personally HOW CAN AN ORDER TAKE SO LONG

Very expensive glass was not in stock was told they would send the rest of the order and refund me for the glass however never recieved any refund would buy from kix or e-cigarettes world next both much cheaper for the same stock

Staff in Claremorris store very rude and not one bit helpful won t be going back again very unprofessional

I received an email that the vape pen I ordered and paid for is apparently out of stock When I asked for a refund for it I never received a response or a refund back Don t order from them you ll end up losing your money

I ordered a replacement pod online for collection in the northside shopping centre store When I arrived to collect it on the Saturday I was informed they had none and no order was put in as Hale Vape was taking over the store on the Monday I was told to cone back in on the Tuesday and they would have one for me I wasted my time travelling back to the store on the Tuesday to be told again sorry we dont have one of these in stock The assistant took my name address and email down and told me she would have the product I had paid for posted to my hone address This was 2 weeks ago now and I have received nothing and have not got what I have paid for

ATHLONE STOREWould give it no stars if possible Vapes in stock with faulty coils this same coil is also not stocked in the store Faulty coil damaged my vape and the store refused to exchange it False advertising as products are incorrectly labelled to be cheaper than they are Extremely rude useless staff especially one particular young woman who talks to people as if they are children or completely stupid Cannot handle being called out on products being incorrectly price labelled so wrongly accused you of berating her Looks at everyone as if they are completely stupid - would want to take a good long look at herself Can tell by the scowl on her face and the tone of her voice that she HATES working at the Ecig store On top of it she carried on like this in front of the so called manager of the shop who is as bad as she saw nothing wrong with how her member of staff carried on Took my business elsewhere and was told in that vape shop that they get a lot of people coming to them after having a bad experience at the Ecig store in Athlone AVOID plenty of other vape stores in Athlone that know how to operate properly

I ve had bad experiences in the Tuam road shop and the Eyre Square one On Tuam road when I was new to vaping the guy let out a loud sigh every time I asked him a question about vapes because i didn t know anything after my third question he just let out another long sigh stared at the floor and said what do you want He still works there Today I was in Eyre square and the guy there had an attitude from the moment I arrived for no reason it was bizarre I just wanted juice and bulb glass Told him exactly which number glass and which juice I wanted and clearly said I wanted 2 nic shots He started looking at the 10ml juices for the number glass I had said until i pointed at where the bulb glasses are and he acted like i was the idiot I walked over and pointed at the 100ml juice and said 2 nic shots Back at the til he s scanning and I said again I wanted 2 nic shots WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME THAT WHEN I WAS OVER THERE They act like customers are a complete inconvenience to them when you don t know what you need it s difficult when you do know what you need it s difficult
