Everything came well and good but I ordered a yeti juice and a billionaire brand one came instead which was very annoying

the website says the package contains a tank and 2 coils i got a tank 1 coil and a receipt saying there was only supposed to be one thanks

Schroedinger s collection point

Accepted an order for collection but when I went to the shop they said they were no longer doing them and that in any case the order I placed hours before had just popped up on their system Kind of defeats the purpose

Paid for weekend delivery after verifying and going through everything else I have not received my product have asked for refund on my delivery fee and currently waiting response Don t offer something you can t provide

I placed my order at 13 30 but it was not dispatched until after 4 and I have been waiting on DPD since then It is disappointing as I was expecting Same Day Dispatch Next Day delivery yet here I am over a week later Their staff on the phone are very polite and apologetic it is just a bit frustrating

Products are taking over a week to arrive An issue with shipment and not the actual store itself Maybe changing the next day delivery info might be a good idea I was in contact with a member of staff in Galway and he was extremely apologetic and friendly 3 stars for the sound lad on the other end of the phone
