Wrong product been given to me after online order Not been informed the order was ready to collect Always got calls from castlebar shop when the order was ready After placing the order i have a got a dpd tracking number but after seeing it wasn t moving i decided to call to the shop and my order was ready to collect the same day i had the order placed The guy working in the shop is not the best person to fill that position not looking well and with a strong alcohol smellLooked almost bored to listen to our requests Not sure i would to consider that shop again

I ordered various flavoured disposable vapes which were on offer or on promotion The next day 14th March I received several communications to advise that most of my selected items were no longer in stock As a result I cancelled my order and requested a refund for the total sum debited from my bank account I WAS ADVISED BY email on 14th March THAT a REFUND had been Processed SEVERAL PHONE CALLS and EMAILS On I AM STILL WAITING FOR MONEY DUE TO ME TO BE CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT TODAY I WAS TOLD THAT ONCE THE BUTTON IS PRESSED THERE IS NOTHING ELSE THEY CAN DO IT WOULD APPEAR FROM THE ATTITUDE OF THIS BUSINESS THAT It s OK FOR ME TO BE OUT OF POCKET I WILL NOT BE TRANSACTING ANY FUTURE BUSINESS WITH ECig Store

I ordered 20 juices from them and only 10 came I paid 40 which has left my bank I have tried to contact them via email and whatsapp with no reply I will not be buying from them again Very disappointed

Obviously I should have read the reviews before dealing with this company I placed an order for eliquids worth 74 I received a call the next day to say that they did not have the liquids in stock but were expecting a delivery after the bank holiday weekend Since then I have heard nothing from them despite having messaged and emailed an enquiry Seems as though they have decided to just keep my money and ignore me Fraudulent company Beware

Purchased 6 coils online that should have been compatible with my mod however when they arrived they were not I called and was asked to call in store I explained that I was 2 hours away I was asked to email which I did Gerry devany responded and I was told to post my mod to see what was going on I think not Why would I do that I asked how to return coils Stopped speaking with me and ignored any further emails Faulty coils and they don t care Why have an online account if things go wrong you ask people to call in If I could have called in I wouldn t have ordered online in the first place

Products incorrectly price labelled - false advertising Extremely rude ignorant patronising young woman working there who couldn t make it more obvious she hates her job from the tone of her voice if she tried Accuses you of berating her when asking her why products are labelled with the incorrect price Also it is insanely STUPID to sell a vape kit but to not stock the exact coil that comes with the kit Never again Badly ran ignorant shop - Athlone Store

Absolutely shameful They had produscts as available online placed an order got a call next day to find out they are out of stock and I will be refunded That was on 4th of october so 26 days ago still no money back on account Contactef them including Gerry they just stopped replying to emails Had to take it up with my bank today to get the money back

I was horrified yesterday 6 11 24 by the treatment I was given by the staff member on shift who was rude cold and aggressive I have a year warranty on their ecig which suddenly stopped working so after repeatedly getting no where using the contact numbers on the websites most of which don t work I went into the Timperley store and the guy refused to help saying it was out of warranty which I have the receipts and warranty to confirm it wasn t I asked for his name and he refused and through me out the shop I tried calling head office and they said they couldn t help The guy I store started laughing and joking with her on the phone while ignoring me I had mentioned to the guy that I was a cancer patient and wasn t well but he still through me out the store I started to cry and had a full on panic attack because of the way I was treated and he didn t care while I was outside he sat watching me and refused to help I am horrified by this behaviour and the lack of compassion I am getting no where with finding help and advice the company have not taken any responsibility and I will keep fighting this

Ordered terea sticks on November 4th at 10 35am status said delivery would arrive between 6th-9th November - 21 instantly left my account I m still waiting to either receive order or even receive an email in response to the many I have sent I will be contacting Barclays tomorrow for an update on the dispute I raised last week DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
