I ordered an an item and order went through Received a phone call saying was no longer in stock so I was offered an alternative the reason I m only giving 3 stars is because when I asked for a different item I was told by your staff that they did not know the product pods and as I only bought the item the week before in store I was disappointed again All in all received an alternative to my payment but didn t really suit

Delivery is fast found all what I want in the same site no need to divide my purchases with different sites stores and also online chat support Vype ePen 3 Caps is more expensive than the market other sites stores it is always sold at 6 Euro but here it is 8 Euro Purchased with 50 50 Euro in one transaction there is no collected points or discount like others

I have ordered and ecigarette with liquid got the ecig in the wrong color and the liquid was the incorrect nicotine amount Other than that the parcel arrived on time

Overpriced compared to high street stores

Not the best website in terms of usability Looking through the liquids feels disorganised Items are over priced Online shops should save you money not be more expensive than the high street stores Quality of the house e liquids is poor to average and should be 3 for 10 euro not 12 euro There are better online ecig stores out there

I ve always had an excellent online experience delivery next day However a week later still waiting on my order which seems lost I did speak with two customer service representatives from the Galway store who were very helpful tried to locate my order It seems to be a courier problem not the E Cig store but it s still very annoying Overall I find the E Cig still great

Nic shots not included in short fill Other shops that I ve used ecirette and ecigarettesworld include this as standard Should be marked clearly that nic shot is either not included or add an option to add nic shot within the short fill page Price is quite good otherwise as I got it on sale but having to buy nic shots seperate raises cost above competitors

They sell vapes with charging cable but no batteries Then doesn t answer emails to let you know what kind of battery to buy Unusable without a battery Edit as got a reply first email about it was 7 10 23 no reply second email 22 1 23 no reply Came across the item in back of press still in its box yesterday which was 8 6 24 so decided to email again no reply Was contacted
