Ecig got my order wrong

I ordered two elf bar vapes on the 1st of January I got a text from Dpd saying the vapes would be delivered by the 4th They didn t arrive until the 10th I ordered two elf bars and I received 1 elf bar and one I vape great I m not impressed I will not be ordering online again
