Been having issues since Christmas regarding a returned item spoke to someone 2 weeks ago who said the refund had been issued to Klarna yet klarna are telling me no refund has been issued and late payment charges have been addded to my account also effecting my credit score I have tried calling regarding this and the phone lines are down Please contact me asap

Delivery super fast so no complaints However I ordered the wrong colour trainers and you won t let me exchange so I have to buy again and now you won t honour the same discount that I had so won t be reordering

Bought a pair of shoes and had them delivered to a location while we were on holiday which I was unable to pick them up from I informed the company and said they would request them back however I heard nothing Contacted customer services and said that it had been investigated and I had been sent an email however I received no email and when I asked for the email address it was sent from customer services disconnected me

No issues with the item as it was 1 branded pair of socks can t really go wrong Although charging 5 49 for delivery when they choose to use Evri and likely paid much less than 3 for the delivery seems a joke Only shopped due to stock availability probably wouldn t return in future

Placed an order on a 24hr delivery service on Friday the 2nd and its now Monday and nothing has moved on tracking since 4 40am yesterday morning stuck in my local depot Is there anyway you guys could investigate Day 4 now of Evri holding my parcel at the local depot I ve asked The Hut if they can investigate but have not done so First time buying from here disappointing

Had to return footwear as the size sent was incorrect I have as requested sent back the items which have been received I have not had a refund after some time now I have messaged on various platforms chasing an update on my refund and as yet nothing Really fed up of having to chase Update Finally got a response and hopefully refund on its way Once received I will update my review

I placed an order shipping was quick but my parcels got split into two even thought it was over the amount for free delivery I had to pay for one item to come separate for them to then turn around and cancel my order with no explanation I am still baffled and waiting my refund If item was out of stock don t take the money for entire order and then turn around and cancel the second half
